o Dessert Dash: Bring a dessert to donate.
o Silent Auction: Bring an auction item to donate.
** Bring cash or credit card, to participate in the auction/dash.
· Member Meeting
o Multiple Board positions will be vacant and must be filled for the CTJRA to continue. All positions will be voted on, but at a minimum people will need to step up to fill: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Media, and At Large (2).
o Amendments to the rule book are to be proposed and voted on, e.g. removing steer daubing.
· Volunteers Needed
o Members are needed to volunteer to setup early and cleanup after the banquet.
